The "One shot, one kill" patch is made for and the phrase begun by USMC Scout Snipers. As
far as finding this patch, try one of the various "base towns" outside of Pendleton or 'Dago.
Oceanside comes to mind. There's usually tons of lil' shops sellin' shit like that(patches,
cammies, etc.) in these locales.
